What the website collects

This website uses no analytics or advertising tools and stores no cookies in your browser. We do not track where you come from or what you view.

Enquiry data

When you e-mail us or fill in the enquiry form, we process the data you send — name, company, e-mail, phone and the description of your enquiry — in order to reply and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering.

Submitted forms are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., as processor. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiry data for the duration of the negotiation and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for concluded orders, in particular accounting and tax rules). We never share it for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. Just write to info@sahya.cz.
