Solid dosage forms
at industrial standard.

We develop and manufacture food supplements as tablets and hard capsules for brands that know their market. The entire process chain — from wet granulation to the labelled bottle — runs in one facility, on our own equipment and under our own control.

Technology

The complete process chain for solid dosage forms

We focus on two dosage forms and master them in depth — including every process step that comes before. Your formulation does not travel between suppliers, and responsibility for the result sits in one place.

Granulation

We granulate by the wet route. A blend with poor flow and compressibility becomes a granulate with stable bulk density and particle size — the basis of a reproducible tablet.

  • Wet granulation with binder solution
  • No segregation, less dust
  • Predictable behaviour on the press

Drying

Granulate is dried to a target residual moisture. Tablet strength and shelf-life stability both depend on it.

  • Drying to defined residual moisture
  • Process conditions recorded per batch

Blending

Content uniformity across the whole batch. For actives dosed in milligrams it is a critical quality step — and we treat it as one.

  • Blending of powders and granulates
  • Content uniformity across the batch

Rotary tableting

Three rotary tablet presses with interchangeable tooling. Shape, diameter, weight and hardness are set to the formulation and the brand's requirements.

  • Round and shaped tablets
  • Direct compression and granulate compression
  • In-process weight and hardness control

Hard capsules

Automatic filling of hard capsules in sizes 000, 00 and 1 — for blends that will not compress and for ingredients with a strong taste or smell.

  • Sizes 000, 00 and 1
  • Powder blends and granulates
  • Fill-weight control during filling

Bottling and labelling

Bottling, labelling, batch and best-before marking. What leaves our facility is a finished product ready for market, not an intermediate.

  • Bottling of tablets and capsules
  • Labelling of the finished pack
  • Batch and best-before marking

Development

We enjoy products others cannot make

We spent three years building our production with one goal: technology should never be the limit of an idea. Where a typical manufacturer says it cannot be done, our development starts.

01

Formulation development

We design and optimise the formulation, from excipients to process — with compressibility, stability and unit cost in mind.

02

Demanding ingredients

Low-density extracts, hygroscopic actives, high doses in a small tablet. This is where wet granulation and experience make the difference.

03

From sample to series

A pilot batch verifies the parameters before scale-up, so the move to production brings no surprises.

04

Technical feedback

We tell you up front what will work and what will not — technically and commercially. It saves weeks and money on both sides.

Cooperation

From brief to shipped batch

We work with a specification, not an impression. The process is standardised and you know in advance what each step requires.

  1. 1

    Technical brief

Composition, dosage form, dose, target quantity and deadline. A complete brief is the fastest route to a price.

  2. 2

    Technical assessment

We assess compressibility or fillability, the need for granulation and excipients, and propose the process.

  3. 3

    Quotation

Unit price by batch size, lead time and a clear split of supplies — raw materials, packaging, labels.

  4. 4

    Pilot batch

Weight, hardness, disintegration and appearance verified on real equipment with your blend.

  5. 5

    Production

Manufacturing to the approved process, with batch records and full traceability.

  6. 6

    Packing and dispatch

Bottling, labelling, batch and best-before marking, final inspection and hand-over for collection.

Why Sahya

A facility you will not easily find in this industry

Many manufacturers in this field still run on equipment and methods from past decades. We built our facility new — with modern technology and a focus on repeatable quality.

Own technology

Rotary presses, capsule filler, granulation and packing line are all in our facility. We control capacity and lead times ourselves — nothing is subcontracted.

Process depth

Wet granulation, controlled drying and blending are not add-ons but the core. They let us produce formulations others turn down.

Made in the EU

Production in the Czech Republic with documentation and traceability under EU food law. No third-country imports, no grey zone.
